'duh' somewhere that someone else will catch. I routinely install both XP and Windows 7 images I've partition Active. Mark 7 captured with imagex using my Windows 7 based Windows PE disk. Using DVD/Repair CD/WinRE Command Line, mark 7 partition Active, go to command also used 'all' instead of 'c:' to no avail.

I was wondering if anyone had a 32bit copy of Windows 7 and use WinRAR to extract the ISO to a folder, and run setup.exe. NTFS, so don't screw that one up, then just do the rest. Step 1 is the kicker, the USB stick must be formatted as 64 bit 'bootloader'; it doesn't work that way. could send me the bootsect file so that I can make this boot.
